We are seeking a print-on-demand (POD) partner able to produce and
drop-ship single copies of our boxed game on a fast turnaround.
This covers two needs: (a) press / reviewer copies mailed to individual
addresses, and (b) a premium "fast" retail tier where a customer's single copy
is produced and shipped in roughly 1-2 weeks. Please quote against the spec below.
What we need first: the price of ONE unit (a sample), delivered.
Please quote the per-copy cost at quantity 1 (this is both our sample and the
unit economics of the POD tier), plus the cost at 5 and 25 copies, and your typical
production + shipping turnaround for a single unit to a US address. A physical
sample is how we choose our supplier.
The finished boxed game we need produced on demand (2-player game).
1. What we need produced (per single copy)
The same game as our bulk run, made one at a time. Full color throughout.

Spell pages (A5)
274 pages (137 spells x 2, one full set per player), printed identically both sides, pre-punched A5 6-ring cardstock.
Player sheets
8.5 x 11 in printed sheets.
Punchboard tokens
Class tokens + scrap counters (rubble art) on a full-color punch sheet.
Dice / bags / markers
12 CUSTOM dice (black/gold; faces 1-5 plus the ArcoMage ouroboros logo as "0" - these are 0-5 counters, 6 per player, never rolled - custom faces, not standard 1-6), 6 velvet drawstring cloth bags with the gold ArcoMage logo, cardboard track sliders, 2 small wizard figures.
If you cannot make every component as POD, tell us which you
CAN produce single-unit (e.g. box + board + cards + rulebook) and we will supply the loose bits
(dice, bags, minis) for you to pack, or drop them to a fixed insert. Partial POD is fine - just
be explicit about what is and isn't in your single-unit capability.
2. For your quotation, please provide
Per-copy price at quantity 1 (our sample + POD unit cost), then at 5 and 25 copies.
Turnaround for a single unit (production + ship) to a US address - we are targeting ~1-2 weeks.
Whether you drop-ship directly to end customers / reviewers (blind ship, our return address).
Any setup / plate / account fees, and whether they are one-time.
Which components you can and cannot produce single-unit (see note above).
US-based production or import lead time, and shipping methods / rates.
Whether you support a storefront / API so orders route to you automatically.

Print-ready files (with bleed) supplied on request. Final art is in
production; request the current pack from the contact below.
